Our 30-day return/withdrawal policy commences from the day you receive your item, with no regard to the time. Within this duration, you have the right to examine the item and decide whether to initiate a return or exchange for any reason, without the need for providing an explanation. To request a return or exchange, kindly inform us by 5:00 pm Pacific Time on the 30th day from the date of item receipt, considering the day of purchase as day zero. Initiate this request through email.For buyback inquiries, the vehicles must be present at the buyer’s location, and the payment will be processed there. We commit to repurchase the vehicle from the customer at the original purchase price, deducting only paperwork, shipping, taxes, or government fees related to the return.Please be aware that all items are insured during this period unless any accidents occur while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

In case of a refusal, return shipping is provided free of charge. If the asset does not exhibit any of the aforementioned issues, we will approve the return within 30 days. Refunds are initiated promptly but may take 1 to 3 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
